Cara-cara masak bihun mengalas perut utk sorg mkn

BAHAN-BAHAN
bwg putih 2 ulas tumbuk
cili api 5 batang potong2
secubit perasa ayam ~ ohyeay
secubit garam
lauk2 cth udang, bebola ayam atau racikan ayam
sayur sawi (ikut suka hati byk mane)
bihun kurang dr segenggam
telur sebijik

masuk sume bahan kecuali lauk2, bihun, telur dan garam.
menggelegak pertama : masuk lauk2 kecuali udang kemudian lama sikit baru masuk bihun.
menggelegak kedua : masuk garam dan kacau2. pastu rasa la bg sedap.
menggelegak ketiga : masuk telur dgn udang dan tutup periuk

selepas beberape saat boleh angkat. pastu sila mkn. yummy.
